Download the Da Fit applications. This app is available for download from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
When you first launch the app, you have the option to create a profile, which includes the following options: You must select either Male or Female here. Decide when your birthday is, Do you have a height? Set this. You can enter your weight here, but you can only enter it in pounds (lbs). (1 kg equals 2.205 lbs)
To grant permission for storage, tap the icon. You must grant storage permission as soon as you hit the ensuing icon.
