TDM portrays what can only be referred to as the Indian dream by subverting the escapist fantasy paradigm. a fanciful one in its own right, but one that is based in fact. Babu is a young man who works hard and leads a straightforward village life. He is perceived by everyone around him as a wacko, useless person who is bumbling through life. Over the course of the film, the spectator learns that Babu is a fiercely ambitious man who is working his way to greatness despite his simple-minded demeanour. But just as his efforts begin to pay off, other challenges arise.
Tractor Driver of Mahindra, often known as TDM, sheds light on a world that is sometimes disregarded by the gloss and glamour of film. Although a touch slow in the first half, it makes you care about the characters. Pruthviraj Thorat performs a wonderful job as the endearing Babu. The audience actually becomes invested in his life because it hits the heart. Kalindi Nistane excels in the film’s second half.[9] The lead actors, Kalindi Nistane and Prithviraj Thorat, both debutants, did a fantastic job, according to Kalpeshraj Kubal of the Maharashtra Times.
The movie does a good job of depicting human emotions in numerous ways.
